Termination/Access Limitation
Allied Mechanical Services retains the discretion to terminate your access to the Site and its associated services, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and you explicitly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Kalamazoo, Michigan for any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Site. Unauthorized use of the Site is prohibited in jurisdictions that do not recognize all provisions of these Terms, including this section.
You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship arises between you and Allied Mechanical Services as a result of this agreement or your use of the Site. The performance of this agreement by Allied Mechanical Services is subject to existing laws and legal procedures. Nothing in this agreement undermines Allied Mechanical Services’ right to comply with government, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements concerning your use of the Site or information collected by Allied Mechanical Services in relation to such use. If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable according to applicable law, including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations outlined above, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the agreement will remain in effect.
Unless otherwise specified, this agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Allied Mechanical Services regarding the Site, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Allied Mechanical Services concerning the Site. A printed version of this agreement and any notices provided electronically will be accepted as evidence in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally produced and maintained in printed form. The parties expressly agree that this agreement and all associated documents will be written in English.
Updates to Terms
Allied Mechanical Services, Inc. retains the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Terms under which alliedmechanicalservices.com is provided. The latest version of the Terms will replace all prior versions. We urge you to regularly review the Terms to remain informed of any changes.
