- Site Coordination: Partner closely with site superintendents to communicate project demands, ensure awareness of timelines, coordinate workforce needs, and optimize the use of tools and equipment.
- Financial & Resource Tracking: Maintain organized systems to track overall project costs against the budget, approve materials, and expedite bulk ordering and deliveries to the job site.
- Client Relations & Business Development: Serve as a company ambassador to existing and potential clients. Foster strong relationships with project owners, architects, and engineers to ensure a thorough understanding of the project and secure repeat business.
- Problem Solving: Proactively assess potential delays or site challenges, implementing creative and cost-effective solutions to keep projects on track.

- General Contracting (Select Projects): Act as the General Contractor on specific projects, assuming duties that include coordinating and executing multiple trades to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
We value diverse backgrounds and hands-on knowledge. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

- For Experienced Candidates: Deep, directly related field experience (e.g., 5–10 years) in piping, plumbing, welding, ductwork, HVAC, or refrigeration is highly desired.
- For Rising Candidates: We welcome professionals with a strong construction background who are eager to learn and transition into specialized mechanical contracting.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software, expense tracking tools, and modern construction management platforms.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain a customer-first approach when resolving project roadblocks.
- Strategic Organization: The ability to prioritize, multitask, and successfully manage multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
