This project consisted of installing a new chiller and cooling tower, as well as the installation of the mechanical room chilled water, condenser water and 10 hydronic pumps. Allied Mechanical Services utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) on 95% of the piping, saving significant field hours to meet the tight schedule.
