AMS successfully completed a phased hospital renovation spanning 154,000 sq. ft. and a multi-story project for a science lab, classrooms, and offices covering 160,000 sq. ft. Despite challenges in a congested urban area, AMS managed to keep the project within the original budget. Notably, additional scope items such as future chiller incorporation and a pony chiller were seamlessly integrated. Serving as the mechanical/plumbing lead contractor and BIM coordinator, AMS demonstrated expertise and efficiency throughout the project.
