This new 12-story healthcare facility situated in Downtown GR is poised to accommodate diverse healthcare services, featuring specialized units such as heart and lung transplant and neurosciences centers. Additionally, it will host clinics for medical residents and a simulation center for comprehensive medical and surgical training. The upper six floors are designated for general outpatient examination and care. Given the constraints of a zero-lot line property, logistics and deliveries were crucial aspects of the project. Leveraging BIM, prefabricated sections of piping were seamlessly delivered and installed, eliminating the necessity for laydown areas and ensuring efficient utilization of space.
