AMS managed the intricate plumbing and mechanical systems, covering heating, chilled water, steam/condensate systems, and snowmelt coverage spanning 47,000 square feet. Employing BIM, they utilized prefabricated carbon steel piping, essential for meeting the demands of an accelerated schedule, emphasizing the significance of seamless coordination throughout the project. Noteworthy is the swift and efficient rigging and setting of 113 pieces of equipment in just 6 hours using a helicopter, averaging an impressive 3.5 minutes per pick.
