Midwest Energy Group’s Independence

AMS sold the majority of Midwest Energy Group’s share to the company. This allowed them to operate independently while AMS still held a small portion of their share.
AMS Moves to Grand Rapids

AMS purchased an existing building in Grand Rapids and fully renovated it.

AMS acquires Air Components, which adds a service based company that provides compressors, blowers, and air tools.
